TPS, lean and genba seminar in Hungary – WNF program – supported by AOTS Japan

A képzés időpontja: 2026.11.02.

We believe that lean is not a toolbox but a mindset – and that mindset is best passed on where knowledge and practice meet. This time, we are turning the usual direction around: instead of traveling to Japan, we are welcoming an international group to the Leannovation Training Center, with the support of the World Network of Friendship (WNF) program by AOTS Japan and Hungarian AOTS Society Association, to explore TPS and continuous improvement together – through Hungarian experience and on Hungarian genba.

Why is this program special?

WNF is the international cooperation network of AOTS Alumni Societies, built to promote mutual knowledge-sharing, exchange of experience, and professional friendship among participating countries (EFAAS and Serbia). As part of this network, the Leannovation Training Center will host a 5-day, practice-oriented seminar where participants will absorb the TPS mindset and toolset not through lectures alone, but through hands-on exercises and genba tours in a real production environment.

Participants

We are inviting 15 participants from WNF/AOTS – EFAAS partner countries who are committed to lean/TPS thinking and continuous improvement: managers, lean coordinators, and professionals responsible for building a culture of continuous improvement within their organizations. For everyone who has been touched by lean, kaizen!

Training method

The program will be in English and it is built around three pillars:

  • Lean Lab/TPS Dojo – in the Leannovation Training Center’s hands-on practice area, set up to mirror real production conditions, participants gain direct, tangible experience applying lean tools. Through simulation exercises and teamwork, participants learn the mindset and everyday application of the Toyota Production System.
  • 3 company visits – genba tours at Hungarian manufacturing companies showcase local lean best practices.
  • Workshops and lectures – the Leannovation expert team share their experience on lean transformation, leadership engagement, and problem-solving.

Rather than frontal, classroom-style teaching, we believe in inspiring, genba-close experiential learning: little theory, lots of practice – Leannovation style – Which comes from Japan, the original source.
